Can any sensitive information be pulled from a Twitter archive?

Is there anything that can be used to login to my account or something I should be concerned about before I can send something to my friends or am I being paranoid?

If by chance you’re talking about your archive generated from Twitter’s data downloading system, yes! This includes all your direct messages. I wouldn’t share this with anyone.

If you’re referring to a WACZ file of pages / tweets (xeets?) archived while logged into Twitter, unless you visited pages that contain user data you don’t wish to expose, you should be good. Nonetheless, we recommend crawling with an account explicitly created for this purpose.
