I archived two items using Browsertrix Cloud—one with 100 URLs and the other with 41 URLs. The items in both were rendered properly. I then combined the two items into one collection, and they still rendered properly. However, when I downloaded the collection, the items could not be rendered in ArchiveWeb Page or ReplayWeb Page.
This is a known issue in ArchiveWeb.page which does not currently support loading multi-wacz files.
Are you using the standalone ReplayWeb.page desktop app? Is it up to date? This should work fine (just like it does within Browsertrix). Can you provide the collection ID (available under the collection’s Actions menu > Copy Collection ID)
I’m using ReplayWeb.page Version 2.3.3, but it’s not working. Stanford subscribed to Browsertrix, but I’m using a local deployment of Browsertrix cloud.
I’ll store the item in our preservation repository and provide a link to access the page via ReplayWeb.page???.
Sure, if you can provide a link that would be helpful! You should be able to send me a private message here if you don’t want to post it publically.
Can replicate. All the data is there and if you unzip any of the component WACZs in the file they all load fine, but other than the page list nothing seems to load for me. Will share with the rest of the team, thanks for reporting.
Thanks, Hank, for your quick action, as always.
Hi Peter, I believe this should now be fixed in the latest ReplayWeb.page, please try again! You may need to do a Purge Cache + Full Reload just in case.
Thanks, Ilya. They works fine now.
