I’ve been experimenting with a wacz on my local network and find the large videos (mp4) (From 1G to 7G) seem to be taking time to (down)load before they start to play. Do they have to be downloaded, or is there another way to accomplish this that’s streaming?
They should be able to stream within the file just like any other MP4 from the web. Does the server you’re using to serve the WACZ have http range requests turned on?
This is not web based… I’m doing initial testing so have the file on an SSD internal to my Mac and it still buffers for several minutes before it’s able to play.
