We have a large collection of a PHP-based forum with about 145,000 pages.
In an initial manual QA sample session, the link to the subforum https://www.hoeflichepaparazzi.de/forum/forumdisplay.php?37-Das-Bilder-Forum reproducibly showed the page of the parent forum instead (https://www.hoeflichepaparazzi.de/forum/forumdisplay.php?10-Der-Mensch-und-seine-Dinge), so I thought I was running into the problem described in ReplayWeb.page showing wrong page content again.
I then went through all the forums and sub-forums to check them manually, which took a few minutes. During and after this https://www.hoeflichepaparazzi.de/forum/forumdisplay.php?37-Das-Bilder-Forum can now suddenly be navigated correctly.
Does replaying a large collection with a freshly added large crawl require a certain warm-up period for all URLs to work correctly?
