If you crawl a website regularly, you want to group these different crawls into one logical object. Is that what collections are for? How granular do you use collections?

I assume you’re referring to the collections feature in Browsertrix? If so, yeah! You’ve got the right idea.
They can be used as granularly as you like. Crawls of a single website would make sense if you wanted to display how that site has changed over time. They can also be used to group related content from multiple websites. They’re also useful for patching crawls with uploaded data captured a from other sources such as ArchiveWeb.page.
