New browser profile button is disabled

I signed up for the 7 day trial. In creating a new workflow, when I attempt to create a browser profile so I can log into a site, the New Browser Profile button is disabled.

I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions.

It seems you’ve uncovered a bug! When clicking the create profile button inside the workflow form it appends ?new onto the URL. This is supposed to open the new browser profile flow, but instead seems to dump users on the browser profiles page disabling the button.

I’ve filed an issue for this in GitHub, in the meantime open the browser profiles tab from the navigation bar and make sure it doesn’t have ?new at the end of the URL and you should be good. You can alternatively create a new browser profile from the Create New button on your org’s dashboard page.

Thank you for the quick reply Hank. I am always happy to find out it is a bug rather than new-user incompetence. :wink: I am deep in the info-gathering/learning stage and appreciate the work-around and reporting the issue for repair.
