Not all archived items are available to be added to a collection

I crawled more than 50 items. When I try to organize my crawls into collections, I found that only 50 items are displayed for selection. I’m wondering what I can do if the items I want to add to my collection are not among the 50 listed.

Also, the information displayed for archived items is mostly technical metadata, which is not very helpful when deciding which items to add. I suggest displaying the “Name” field that users enter in the Metadata section to make selection easier.

You’re looking at crawls that were created from a single Crawl Workflow and are grouped together, so the name for all of them is ‘Stanford Report’, so the rest is metadata for when the crawls of this workflow were run.
If you want them to have different names, you can create different workflows, and then there will also be no limit.

But you’re right, there does appear to be a 50 crawl limit on crawls for one workflow - there probably shouldn’t be, we can take a look at that.
If you are using just one workflow, you can also enable ‘Auto-Add’ to auto-add all crawls to this collection.
