I’m consistently having trouble uploading a WACZ file created with ArchiveWeb into my Browsertrix Cloud account. As far as I can tell I don’t have an upload or storage limit on my account. My home network shows my upload speed to be 44MB/sec, but when I try to upload my file, it appears to be loading at about .3 MB/sec. The full file size is 546MB, and the upload times out anywhere between 3MB and 280MB. I’ve had this issue in the past, but usually if I try on another day or a different time of day, it eventually works. This time it has been going on for several days so I thought it was time to reach out. I’m using Browsertrix.
Sorry, that sounds frustrating. It’s not because of a storage limit on the account, if you had reached that the upload button would be disabled.
Have passed it along internally.
Was able to upload 10/8/2024.
